Even today, no one appears on behalf of the plaintiff. 2. Mr. Naman Tandon, learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of defendant no.7. He informs that even defendant nos.1 to 6 have not been served till date. It is noted that vide order dated 17.09.2026, the learned Joint Registrar (Judl.) had taken note that the process could not be issued for non filing of the process fee and it appears that the costs of Rs.5,000/- was also imposed on the plaintiff to be deposited with the DHCLSC and that the said order has also not been complied with. It is also noted that numerous times, directions were given to the plaintiff to take steps, however, the plaintiff has neglected taking appropriate steps in time. 3. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in pursuing the present suit. This is a digitally signed order.
