Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following relief:- “That a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or directions may kindly be issued directing the Respondents to release the entire arrears of pensionary benefits to the Petitioner, including Dearness allowance accrued on account of revised pension in terms of Himachal Pradesh Civil Services (Revised Pay) Rules, 2022, as well as Part-II of Office Memorandum dated 25.02.2022, as adopted by the Respondent Corporation vide Office order dated 01.08.2022, forthwith, along with interest @ 12% p.a.” 2.
