Heard the parties. 2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the private respondents have encroached a road. 3. The petitioner has prayed for removal of the said encroachment, by filing this writ application. 4. Considering the nature of the grievance of the petitioner and in view of the alternative remedy available to the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 5. Section 3 of the Jharkhand Public Land Encroachment Act, clearly provides a remedy to the petitioner, where any person 2026:JHHC:20115 Page | 2 can approach the authority under the Act, seeking removal of encroachment.
