Today, learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record an order, as passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 205 of 2025 along with connected matters, dated 17.08.2026, whereby the operation of impugned judgment has been ordered to be stayed. 2 3. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the time being, the present petition be closed with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate application for revival of the petition in case the grievance of the petitioners is not redressed. 4.
