Learned Counsel for the petitioners informs the Court that as per his instructions the Authority has passed the necessary order, however, arrears are yet to be paid to the petitioners. Accordingly, these proceedings are disposed of with the observation that in case the arrears to which the petitioners are entitled to, are not released to them within a period of three months from today, they may approach the Court afresh, agitating this issue in accordance with law.
