In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the court below for bail. 4. In the event the informant confirms and supports the compromise before the court below, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi, Patna, or the concerned court below, in connection with Punpun P.S.
