This revisional application has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of Misc Case No. 72 of 2025 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah, South 24 Parganas in connection with the Title Suit No. 219 of 2023 as also the said Title Suit No. 219 of 2023 (R) pending before the said learned Trial Court. 2. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed direction for prior service of copy of this application along with notice on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioner shall remain obliged to serve a copy of this application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 3. Having heard the learned advocate appearing for the petitioners and having considered the material on record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Sealdah, South 24 Parganas to dispose of the Misc Case No. 72 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a 2 period of three months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. The learned Trial Court is further requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 219 of 2023 (R) as expeditiously as the business of the learned Trail Court will permit. 4. CO. 1295 of 2026 stands disposed of, with the above observations. 5.
