1. By virtue of the present application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), the applicant seeks anticipatory bail in FIR No.529/2025 dated 03.10.2025, registered at PS: Rajouri Garden, New Delhi under Sections 115/126(2)/110/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).

Learned counsel for the applicant, relying upon order dated 18.02.2026 passed by this Court in CRL.M.C.1378/2026, submits that the FIR No.529/2025 dated 03.10.2025 registered at PS: Rajouri Garden wherein the present application for bail has been filed by the applicant, has since been quashed. He submits that, as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. This is a digitally signed order. 3. He, therefore, seeks to withdraw the present application.
4. At this stage, learned APP for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that the order dated 18.02.2026 passed by this Court in CRL.M.C.1378/2026 has since been complied with.
5. In view thereof, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
