ORDER:-
This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondents No. 2 and 3 in not registering the FIR against the Respondents No. 4 and 5 on the Complaint of the Petitioner, dated 16.02.2026 and 27.04.2026 as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The grievance of the Petitioner is that pursuant to the complaint made by the Petitioner, dated 16.02.2026 and 27.04.2026, the Respondent/ Police have not been taken any action so far.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the Official Respondents placed on record the Written Instructions of Respondent/ Police along with copy of FIR No. 84 of 2026 of Bapatla Town Urban Police Station registered against the Respondents No.4 and 5 for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 351(2) read with 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and submitted that the police have acted upon and registered the above crime pursuant to the complaint dated 16.02.2026 and 27.04.2026.
4. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no
