The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pipratand PS Case No.35 of 2025, for offence registered under section 109, 118(1), 352, 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there are case and counter case between the parties and altercation took place while animal of the petitioner has entered into the paddy field of the informant and grazed the crops. He next submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons and both the sides are agnets and lady-members have been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.711 of 2026 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.18 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that 2026:JHHC:20651 2 allegations of assault are there. 5. Considering that both the sides are agnets and altercation took place while animal of the petitioner has entered into the paddy field of the informant and grazed the crops and there are case and counter case between the parties and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid and the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau, in connection with Pipratand PS Case No.35 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
