The present application has been filed seeking modification/correction of the order dated 15.04.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7602 of 2026 only to the extent that due to a typographical error in the paragraph no. 1 of the bail petition, Section 140(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 was not recorded. The corrected/modified paragraph no. 1 of the bail petition dated 15.04.2026 may be read as under:- “This is an application for grant of regular bail on behalf of the petitioners in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 302 of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33051 of 2026(2) dt.19-06-2026 2/2 2025, registered on 21.06.2025 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 140(3) of the B.N.S., 2023 and later on Sections 103(1), 238 & 3(5) of the B.N.S. were added.” 3. For the reasons mentioned in the modification application, the same is allowed and the order dated 15.04.2026, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7602 of 2026, is modified to the aforesaid extent. 4.
