The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the notice dated 22nd May, 2026 (Annexure-1) issued by the Executive Officer, Barbil Municipality, asking one Md. Sakir Hussain, S/o. Md. Yunus to show cause as to why the illegal and unauthorized construction over Plot No.522, Khata No.40 of Mouza- Barbil, Unit No.08 under Barbil Municipality, Ward No.10, should not be demolished. 3. It is submitted by Mr. Das, learned counsel that although the Petitioner is in possession over the said land, but, inadvertently, notice has been issued to one, Md. Sakir Hussain. The Petitioner, however, has already filed show cause reply to the notice under Annexure-1. But, the same has not yet been considered. 4. But, the Petitioner has prayed for setting aside Notice No.1980 dated 22nd May, 2026 (Annexure- 1) issued by the Executive Officer, Barbil Municipality. In the facts and circumstance of the case, as stated above, the same warrants no interference at this stage. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without interfering with the impugned notice under Annexure-1. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application. (K.R.
