Tiwari, APP …...... 02 /10.07.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitionersunder Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as they are in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 103(2), 351(2), 352 r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 3 , 4 of Prevention of Witch (Dain) Practice Act. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. Prayer of bail of the petitioners was earlier rejected. The trial is at its fag end.Only two witnesses remains to be examined in this case as per the impugned order itself. Thus, it is expected that rest two witnesses should be examined within 45 days from today and thereafter trial should be concluded at the earliest. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for 2026:JHHC:20471 2 bail of the petitioners in connection with Amrapara PS Case No. 37 of 2025 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 104 of 2025, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Pakur stands rejected. 6.
