Case No. 219 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 123, 105, 3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have killed the deceased. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2025. 5. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 04.05.2026, the viscera report has been received and upon perusal of the same, it appears that the deceased has died because of consumption of excessive liquor. 6.
