Present civil writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners w.e.f. the date, they completed 10 years of service and to grant all the consequential benefits as well as arrears of pay along with interest @12% per annum from the due date till actual realization. 2. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Piyush Khanna, Addl. AG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State while Mr. Vikrant Pamboo, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.2 & 3. They submit that grievance raised by the petitioners in the present petition would be considered by respondent No.2, in a time bound manner, by passing a speaking order. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, present writ petition is disposed of. Respondent No.2 is directed to treat this writ petition as a comprehensive representation and consider the claim of the petitioners in the light of judgment rendered by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Pawan Kumar and others Vs. Union of India and others, SLP (C) No.29214 of 2019, decided on 13.02.2026 (Annexure P-5) and the judgments passed by this Court in CWP-31304-2025 titled as Joginder Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 31.12.2025 (Annexure P-2), CWP- 13015-2021 titled as Manak Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 19.01.2026 (Annexure P-3), CWP-6481-2026 titled as Shiv Kumar and others Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 05.03.2026 (Annexure P-4) as well as CWP-3714-2026 titled as Suresh Kumar Vs.
