Heard learned counsel for the Parties. 3. Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- “Petitioner therefore most humbly prays that Your Lordships may be graciously pleased to issue a Rule Nisi calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why rejection of the candidature of the Petitioner shall not be declared as illegal and be quashed. And as to why the 0pp. Parties (more particularly 0pp. Parties No. 3)shall not be directed to consider the candidature of the Petitioner for appointment to the post of junior Executive Assistant as per Advertisement at Annxeure-1 and consequentially give appointment to the Petitioner if he is found eligible thereto; And if the opposite parties fail to show cause or sufficient cause the said Rule be made absolute.” 4. However, taking into account the claim raised in the present Writ Petition, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to make a detailed representation before Opp. Party No.3 by enclosing all the relevant documents and citations in support of her claim, if any, within a period of two weeks hence. 5. It is observed that if such a representation is filed within the aforesaid period, Opp. Party No.3 shall do well to take a lawful decision on the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. The order so passed by the Opp. Party No.3 be communicated to the petitioner within the aforesaid time period. 5.1. While taking such a decision relevancy and effect of order passed on 06.08.2025 in W.P.(C) No.41899 of 2023 be taken into consideration in its proper perspective. 6.
