Petitioner has filed this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with following reliefs: “10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of petitioners for kind perusal of this Hon'ble court. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/ set aside the Show Cause Notice dated 27/03/2026 (Annexure P-1) which is issued to the petitioners. 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authority not to harass to the petitioners by way of show cause notice issued by respondent authorities. 10.4 Any other relief, which may be deemed, fit by this Hon'ble Court just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be provided in favour of the petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a dispute regarding repayment of the loan amount and according to the petitioner, the entire loan amount has already been paid. Despite this, the respondent-bank issued a show-cause notice dated 3 27.03.2026 to the petitioner demanding payment of Rs.20 lakhs. Said show-cause-notice has been replied by the petitioner vide Annexure P-4 dated 15.04.2026. Since, no adjudication/final determination has yet been made by the concerned Authority on the petitioner’s reply, learned Counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies available under law if any adverse order is subsequently passed by the concerned authority. 3. In view of above, the instant petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies available under law if any adverse order is to be passed by the concerned authority.
