JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 6 23-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code 3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the son of the deceased and the step-brother of the petitioner has lodged the FIR that the deceased was killed by the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to property dispute. It is next submitted that it has come during investigation that petitioner had taken the mother for treatment when she sustained injury after a fall. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a man with a Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17015 of 2026(6) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 clean antecedent and he is in custody since 16.06.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner. 6. Considering the fact that the deceased was the mother of the petitioner, it is not expected that, without any apparent reason, she would have been killed by her own son, therefore, this application for regular bail is allowed. 7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court below in connection with Dalsinghsarai P.S.
