04/13.07.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sikidri P.S. Case No.10/2026, registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 351(2)(3), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ladies. He further submits that the altercation was going on between the informant’s side and one Md. Hayat Khan @ Sheru Khan with regard to relationship with the wife of Md. Hayat Khan @ Sheru Khan. He next submits that so far as these petitioners are concerned, they were only standing there and false allegations are made of using filthy language. He also submits that the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 11 of this application.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioners were also present on the spot.

5. Considering that the altercation was going on between the informant’s side and one Md. Hayat Khan @ Sheru Khan and only allegation is made against the petitioners that they were standing there and have used filthy language and further, the petitioners are having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 11 of this application and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Sikidri P.S. Case No.10/2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
