The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pithoria PS Case No.144 of 2024, for offence registered under section 109, 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 190, 191(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352 read with Section 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that on fresh ground instant anticipatory bail application has been filed. He next submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in ABA No.4249 of 2025 which was rejected by order dated 12.08.2025 and on this ground he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that there is no fresh ground to entertain instant anticipatory bail application and 2 serious allegations are there against petitioner of demand of extortion money and the petitioner was also present on the spot and on these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected. 5. Admittedly, the petitioner has earlier moved before this Court by way of anticipatory bail as aforesaid and the same was decided on merit and serious allegations are there against the petitioner of demand of extortion money and the petitioner was also found to be present on the spot and there is no fresh ground to entertain the instant anticipatory bail application and as such, this anticipatory bail application being A.B.A.No.3756 of 2026 is, hereby, rejected.
