It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that as per the Government Resolution dated 12.06.2026, the recruitment through Pavitra Portal is not required as the petitioner No.1-Education Society is a Minority Institution, in view of the certificate issued by the Competent Authority and Deputy Secretary, Government of Maharashtra dated 30.09.2025. Similarly prior permission for recruitment in view of the Government Resolution dated 13.07.2016 is not required for minority institutions. 2. Learned AGP for the State submitted that if it is relegated back to the respondent No.4 i.e. Project Officer/Assistant Collector, he will verify the same in view of the Government Resolutions dated 30.09.2025 and 13.07.2016 and will decide the same appropriately with the reasoned order. 3. Respondent No.4 shall not reject the proposal again on the similar grounds as the both Government Resolutions specifically state that it is not applicable as far as minority educational institutions are concerned. 4. The impugned orders passed by Respondent No.4- Assistant Collector/Project Officer are hereby quashed and set aside and it is directed that respondent No.4 shall decide the said proposals after giving due opportunity to the parties to remove defects, if any, in the proposals within six weeks and grant approval to the appointments of the petitioners. 5.
