This application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning the delay of 4 days in filing the appeal. 3. This appeal is directed against the order dated 25.03.2026 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XIII-cum-Special Judge-III, CBI (other than AHD), Ranchi in B.P. No.108 of 2026 arising out of AHTU P.S. Case No.02 of 2026, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. 2026:JHHC:20488-DB 2 6. It has been alleged that four minor girls were intercepted on Ranchi Railway Station in a suspicious condition and the appellant was also apprehended by the police force, while he was taking the girls to Chennai for working in a textile factory. 7. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the appellant that the appellant is in custody since 13.01.2026. It has further been submitted that the victim girls were accompanied by their guardians and in fact, the appellant did not have any role in trafficking of the victims. 8. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail of the appellant. 9. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the appellant and since all the victims have been rescued, we, while setting aside the order dated 25.03.2026 passed by the learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XIII-cum-Special Judge-III, CBI (other than AHD), Ranchi in B.P. No.108 of 2026 arising out of AHTU P.S. Case No.02 of 2026, direct the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Ranchi. 10.
