---- 02/13.07.2026 Heard learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing for the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.10 of 2026, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 69 and 75 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Ranchi.
3. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and informant has come into contact through facebook in the year 2025. He further submits that thereafter they have also met at several places. He then submits that what has happened that was consensual in nature as both are major. He next submits that the allegations are made that the petitioner has refused to solemnize marriage with the informant. He also submits

that one of the elder brother of this petitioner is in the family and family was the understanding that when elder brother will be married thereafter the marriage of this petitioner will be solemnized with the informant. He next submits that in spite of that the entire family members have been made accused. He next submits that father of this petitioner has made informatory petition before the learned CJM, Ranchi prior to lodging of the FIR as at one point of time she has threatened to implicate the entire family members in the false case. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of establishing physical relationship on the false pretext of marriage and in view of that anticipatory bail may kindly be rejected.
5. Annexure-3 is a document which is the Informatory Petition No.1807 of 2026 which was filed on 02.04.2026 wherein the FIR has been lodged on 03.04.2026. In the FIR, it has been stated that both have come into contact through facebook and in the FIR it is further admitted that both have met several times at different places, prima facie it appears that what has happened that was consensual in nature and the entire family members have been made accused. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed

to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned JMFC, Ranchi in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.10 of 2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
