The appellant has filed this writ appeal against the order dated 28.02.2026 passed by learned Single Judge in WPS No.7386/2023 (Sahukilal Chauhan vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others), by which learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner / appellant herein. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ appeal with liberty to file review petition before learned Single Judge. 4.
