This application has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for modification of the order dated 19.01.2026 passed by this Court in Crl. Pet.No.10/2026. 3. On 19.01.2026, the applicant Jubel Ahmed @Zubel Ahmed was directed to appear before the trial court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sribhumi within next 10 days. 4. Mr. Choudhury submits that because of illness the applicant could not appear before the trial court. Therefore, he prays for some more time. 5. After hearing the learned counsel of both sides, the prayer of Mr. Choudhury is allowed. 6. The applicant Jubel Ahmed @Zubel Ahmed is directed to appear before the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sribhumi in respect of Special NDPS Case No. 31/2025 within next 10 days from today.
