Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that even after a lapse of approximately eight years of retirement, the retiral benefits has not been paid to the petitioner. It is further submitted that the criminal cases registered against the petitioner have already been adjudicated and the petitioner has been exonerated. It is also submitted that the representation dated 19.11.2025 filed by the petitioner has also not been considered by the respondent till date. 2. Heard and considered. 3. Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the present petition with a direction that respondent No.1 shall give audience to the [2026:RJ-JP:193] (2 of 2) [CW-19573/2025] petitioner on 13.01.2026 at 11:00 am and consider the said representation and pass a reasoned order thereafter, within a period of thirty days, in accordance with law. 6.
