CMP No. 18531 of 2026 The instant application under Section 151 of CPC has been filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No.1, namely, Nisha Devi, for release of the amount of compensation, falling in the share of deceased respondent No.3-Rohit Katoch. 2. As per applicant/respondent No.1, respondent No.3-Rohit Katoch had expired on 06.05.2014 and left behind his mother, i.e. applicant/respondent No.1-Nisha Devi, as his legal heir, as is evident from copy of death certificate and legal heirs certificate, annexed with the application as Annexures A-1 & A-2, which are ordered to be taken on record. 3. Heard. Having perused the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with the affidavit of the applicant/respondents No.1, this Court finds it in the interest of justice to release the entire awarded amount of compensation alongwith up-to-date interest, falling in the share of deceased respondent No.3-Rohit Katoch, in favour of the applicant/ respondents No.1-Nisha Devi, which is lying deposited in the Registry of this Court, after proper verification and identification by remitting the same to his bank account, details whereof have been given in para-4 of the application.
