In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to delete the name of the petitioner from the column of accused in connection with Airport P.S. Case No. 48/2022 and also to issue a Character Certificate in his favour. It appears that final form has been submitted in favour of the petitioner in connection with Airport P.S. Case No. 48/2022 and so far as the issuance of Character Certificate is concerned, learned AC to Sr. S.C.-II for the respondents has submitted at the Bar the details with respect to issuance of Character Certificate, from which, it appears that the same has been approved on 16.01.2026. In view of the aforesaid facts and since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, nothing survives in the present writ application which accordingly stands disposed of.
