Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) The petitioner is seeking implementation of judgment dated 22.11.2025 passed in CWP No.18161 of 2025, titled, Dilbag Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and Ors., whereby a direction has been issued to the respondents to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed in CWP No.8032 of 2021, titled, Vikas Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others. 2. Since this Court had only given direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation, the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed has been complied with and, therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.06.2026 passed by the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division, Bilaspur, he is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law. 3.
