The mutation appeal of the petitioner being Mutation Appeal No.72 of 2024-25 was dismissed by Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Chas, Bokaro, on the ground of absence of the petitioner. 3. Certified copy of the order dated 20.12.2025 has been filed. 4. After going through the same, I find that the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms has dismissed the appeal, on the ground of non-representation and non-appearance of any of the petitioner. 5. Since this is an appeal filed by the petitioner against the order passed in a mutation case, I set aside the impugned order and direct the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner on merits. 6. The petitioner will appear along with a copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today before the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Bokaro, who will revive the case and will fix a date of hearing on which date, the petitioner should appear and put forth her argument and thereafter, the matter will be 2026:JHHC:20281 Page | 2 disposed of, at the earliest.
