Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to unavoidable reasons he could not appear in the case when the matter was called consequently the writ petition WPS No.2225 of 2014 was dismissed for want of prosecution. 3. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, which is supported by an affidavit, order dated 09/02/2026 passed in WPS No.2225 of 2014 is recalled.
