For Petitioner : Mr.R.Ragavendran For Respondents : Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja Government Advocate ***** ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to mutate the patta in the name of the legal heirs of Mohammed Sulaiman Sahib, the petitioner’s father, in respect of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, based on the petitioner’s representation dated 28.02.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioner has filed supporting documents along with this writ petition in respect of his request for mutation of the patta for the subject property in the name of the legal heirs of the said Mohammed Sulaiman Sahib. He is also one of the legal heirs of the deceased Mohammed Sulaiman Sahib. He had given a representation dated 28.02.2024 to the respondents requesting them to mutate the revenue records for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petiton in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased Mohammed Sulaiman Sahib. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from all the necessary parties, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation, dated 28.02.2024 seeking mutation of revenue records in the name of the legal heirs of Mohammed Sulaiman Sahib for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from all the necessary parties, whom the 4th respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
