Mr. Abhishek Krishna Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the learned Principal District Judge, Palamau, Daltonganj has passed an order for supply of the certified copy of the entire complaint petition in connection with Drugs and Cosmetics Case No. 07/2024 and he has already received the certified copy of the complaint petition along with its annexures. He has, therefore, submitted that the prayer made in this revision application has been redressed but at the same time learned counsel submits that since non-bailable warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner, he shall approach the concerned court for redressal of his grievance. In view of the fact that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed as per the submissions advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this revision application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned court with respect to the subsequent development of issuance of non-bailable warrant of arrest against the petitioner.
