Also heard Mr. D.P Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Page No.# 2/2 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 praying for granting of anticipatory bail to the accused/applicant, namely, 1. Radha Sutradhar and 2. Akhil Sutradhar in connection with Basugaon P.S. Case No. 22/2025 under Sections 61/103/238 of BNS. 3. The petitioners were granted interim bail on 29.10.2025. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in the meantime, upon completion of the investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted. 5. Accordingly, the order of pre-arrest bail dated 29.10.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioners shall co-operate with the trial, if they have been sent up for trial and if one commenced against them; ii) That the petitioners shall cooperate with the process of law; iii) That the petitioners shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence; 6.
