Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a copy of office order dated 18.05.2026, passed by the Deputy Director School Education (Elementary), Chamba, Distt. Chamba, H.P., which is taken on record.
2. A perusal of the aforesaid office order reveals that the petitioner has been allowed the benefit of revised emoluments on contract basis, as per Government notification dated 12.01.2022, subject to final outcome of LPA. The BEEO of concerned block, where the petitioner is presently working has been directed to fix his pay for the period he served on contract basis, at the minimum of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment?
2 revised pay scale band + Grade pay (60%) along with such hike to which he is entitled to in terms of the revised Notification from 01.01.2016 till his regularization, subject to final outcome of LPA being filed by State and other legal remedies.

Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 17.12.2025, passed in CWP No.19893 of 2025, titled, Rakesh Chauhan vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & another, has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition.
4. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, also stand disposed of. 17 th August
