The affidavit of service filed today is taken on record. 2. The petitioners are both Assistant Teachers in their respective schools and have sought for mutual transfer from their respective schools sometimes in February 2026. 3. Respondent no. 3, the Chairman of the WBCSSC, is directed to deal with such application on mutual transfer of the petitioners expeditiously as the Utsashree Portal has been opened for mutual transfer and there is no impediment in consideration of the application of the petitioners. 4. Thus, the respondent no. 3 is directed to consider and dispose of the applications made by the petitioners by July15, 2026. 5. The fate of the applications made by the 2 petitioners will be intimidated by the respondent no. 3 to the petitioners by July 20, 2026. 6. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 8.
