CMP No. 20076 of 2026 The present application has been filed for correction of the bank account details of applicant/respondent No.2. As per the applicant, vide order dated 01.07.2026, passed in CMP No.13078 of 2026, the amount of compensation, falling in his share, was ordered to be released by remitting the same to his bank account as mentioned in para- 3 of the said application. However, inadvertently, the particulars of the bank account was wrongly mentioned different from the Bank Pass-Book and the correct Bank Account number is 10960110018866, maintained with UCO Bank, Swarghat, IFSC Code is UCBA 0001096. Hence, it is prayed that the amount so released in favour of the applicant/respondent No.2, vide order dated 01.07.2026, may be ordered to be remitted to his account account in para-2 of the instant application. 2. Heard. In view of the averments made in the application, which is duly supported with an affidavit of applicant- Sita Ram, the same is allowed and now the amount be remitted in the bank account of the applicant/respondent No.2, as mentioned in para-2 of this application.
