Mr. Vinod Gupta, Advocate, appears and wavies service of notice on behalf of the respondents and has placed on record copy of order dated 02.05.2026, wherein, it has been stated that the case of the petitioner fulfills all requisite criteria for grant of pensionery and other retiral benefits as per CCS, Pension Rules 1972 and CCS, Leave Rules, 1972. The Finance and Pension branch of the Corporation has been directed to do the needful, in terms of release of such benefits to the petitioner, at the earliest. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgement? 2 . ( 2026:HHC:34491 ) 2. Therefore, in view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed and disposed of.
