It appears from the report submitted by the State that pursuant to the subsequent complaint lodged by the petitioner on 6th October, 2023 enquiry was held and the allegation of the petitioner was found not to be substantiated. The earlier complaint lodged by the petitioner has been registered as FIR and charge sheet submitted upon completion of investigation. The issue is before the learned trial Court at present. However since the petitioner apprehends threat to his life and property at the behest of the accused of the said case, the police authority shall render necessary assistance to the petitioner as and when sought. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
