The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 351/2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 238 and 3(5) of B.N.S. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and is accused of killing her. Subsequently, a charred dead body was recovered. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that he has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.07.2025. The petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the case/ trial. 5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16261 of 2026(3) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 for regular bail of the petitioner. 6.
