The present restoration application has been filed for recalling of the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, as well as the consequential order dated 02.07.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judl.) in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9395/2020. 2. Heard. 3. For the reasons stated in the restoration application, the same is allowed subject to the payment of cost of Rs.3,000/- which is to be paid to the Rajasthan State Legal Service Authority within a period of four weeks. Accordingly, the order dated 19.03.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, as well as the consequential order dated 02.07.2025 passed by the Registrar (Judl.) in S.B.
