A.G., Romesh Verma, Judge (oral): The instant petition has been filed alleging non- compliance of the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.4143 of 2026, dated 07.04.2026. 2. The learned Additional Advocate General has placed on record the office order dated 14.08.2026, wherein it has been stated that the judgment which was passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court has been affirmed by the Hon’ble Apex Court in SLP(C) No.24885 of 2026 and before the Hon’ble Apex Court, four months' time has been granted to comply with the said orders. It has been stated in the order that since a conscious decision has to be taken by the authority in consonance with the judgment as passed by the Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- Hon’ble Apex Court, therefore, the matter may be kept in abeyance for about four months. 3. Faced with this situation, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition can be closed with liberty to file appropriate application in case the grievances of the petitioner still remain unredressed. 4.
