By way of the present appeal filed under Section 30 of the Employee’s Compensation Act, 1923, the appellant seeks quashing and setting aside of order dated 19.09.2025 passed by the learned Commissioner, Labour Welfare Centre, Nimri Colony, Ashok Vihar, Phase-IV, New Delhi in Application No. CEC/I/76/ND/2022/1658, whereby the learned Commissioner has recalled its own order dated 11.06.2025 passed in CEC/I/76/2022/1036, under which the liability to pay compensation to the claimant was fastened upon the respondent no.1 and through the impugned order shifted this liability to the appellant. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant contends that the learned Commissioner could not have corrected its own order dated 11.06.2025. 3. At this stage, learned counsels appearing for the respondents, upon instructions, states that they have no objection in case the matter is remanded back for fresh consideration.
