The instant criminal misc. petition has been preferred by the complainant-petitioner seeking directions to the Investigating Agency for conducting fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.953/2019 registered with the Police Station Vaishali Nagar, District Jaipur (West) for the offence under Section 153 and 120-B IPC. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor apprised this Court, on the basis of the factual report furnished by the Station House Officer, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (West), that after investigation in the matter, final report negative has been submitted in the instant matter before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate No.4, Jaipur Metropolitan-II on 27.05.2022. Hence, under these circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay application as well as all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. 4. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under the law for redressal of his grievances before the appropriate forum of law. 5.
