(MD).No.3830 of 2026 dated 23.02.2026 on the file of this Court. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions from 25.02.2026. He further submitted that the investigation has already been completed and that the investigating agency will be filing the final report within a short span of time. 4.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner has been complying with the condition from 25.02.2026 and on recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court relaxes the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3830 of 2026, dated 23.02.2026.
