Accordingly, as prayed for, without adjudication on the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the representation made by the petitioner, appended with the writ petition as Annexure P-1 shall be decided by the competent Authority, in light of the averments made therein within a period of 8 weeks from today, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law.
