Kindly call for the relevant records from the concerned authorities/Court below relating to the petitioners case for its kind perusal. B. Kindly pass appropriate order quashing the FIR (Annexure A-1) and all subsequent actions as registration of FIR & continuance of , if any, criminal proceedings, itself amounts to abuse of process of court and abuse of process of law and in the facts and circumstances of the case. C Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the facts & circumstance of case.” 3. Learned State counsel has pointed out that investigation has completed and charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioners and the case is fixed for framing of the charge. 4. In view of the same, we are not inclined to interfere with the matter, at this stage, accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to raise all the objections at an appropriate stage before the trial Court.
