By the said representations, the petitioner has requested the third respondent to issue a legal heirship certificate in respect of his deceased father. The grievance of the petitioner is that no steps have been taken by the third respondent to consider the said representations. 3. Mr. S. Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner’s representations will be considered in accordance with law within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
