By the present writ petition, the petitioner is seeking grant of benefit of time-bound pay scale and also seeking a direction towards the respondents No.3 and 4 to decide his representation pending before him. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is serving in the Department of Urban Administration and Development. He was initially appointed on the post of Computer Operator in the Office of respondent No.3/Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur and was subsequently transferred to Municipal Corporation, Jagdalpur. He further submits that the petitioner has completed more than 10 years of his service on the said post. Although he is entitled for promotion, neither has he been promoted nor has the benefit of time-bound pay scale been extended to him till date. In this regard, the petitioner has also filed a representation before the respondent authority. 3. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 and 4 submits that the case of the petitioner will be examined and, in the event it is found that the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of time-bound pay scale and has not been promoted to the next promotional post, his claim shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within the stipulated period. 3 4. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for respondents No.3 and 4, the respondents No.3 and 4 are directed to consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioner and also examine his claim for grant of time-bound pay scale and, if he is found entitled so, necessary order be passed in accordance with law within a period of 50 days from the date of receipt/production of a certified copy of this order. 5.
