identified by the Investigating Officer and her learned counsel, states that the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved and that she has entered into the settlement voluntarily, without any force, coercion or undue influence. She further states that she has received the entire settlement amount, including the aforesaid amount of ₹1,00,000/- by Demand Draft bearing No. 209408, and that she has no surviving claim against the petitioner. She has no objection if the present FIR and all proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
